The Tirex Corpoation - President’s Letter

Dear friends of Tirex,

As most of you know we have strived for years to bring our TCS technology to market. And yes, another year has gone by and we are still trying to get the financial commitment necessary to begin manufacturing our first commercial TCS system to install in its first facility. Also, as many of you know it hasn’t been from lack of effort.

Over the past year our research took us to the St Louis market with the assistance and direction from the tire recycling and marketing experts at Boysen Consulting and the referenced financing of The Miramar Group, as well as others. While this project proved promising in many respects, it has fallen short of closing, so far. That said, this project and several others are being reviewed by new investors which we are entertaining.

There are many reasons why this technology has not been successfully marketed and there are many more reasons why it still will be, which are:

1 - The need in the industry for new technology and the recognition of our TCS technology and its advantages.

2 – Tirex’s improved position and progress over the past year beginning with its acceptance by the SEC of our retroactive audit and our commitment to get current in the first quarter of 2012; reinforcing Tirex managements commitment by reducing its debt and eliminating $1M of the accumulated Principle’s salaries and exploring over another $1M in debt reduction that’s past the statute of limitations.

3 – Investors which Tirex has a history with is negotiating next steps with Tirex management. After all these years, management believes this is our best opportunity. I know you’ve heard that before, but its true or we wouldn’t still be doing this!

The question I get the most is, ‘if the technology is so good, why is it so hard to market?’ Good question! I’ve learned a lot of good and bad things in this industry and to do this right you have to be ‘right’ with all of it....and that’s a difficult relationship to market. As I’ve said all along, however, we will persevere as long as there is a market for our technology.

The other question I get is, ‘why should I hold onto my stock after all these years?’ The answer to that is an easy one…..its not worth anything now, so why sell it as long as we’re still trying to market it, you might as well as wait and see.

I hope this finds you and yours having a good holiday as we look forward to a prosperous 2012.

Most sincerely,                                                                   signature 001.jpg
